Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information our apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
In short: we collect only what we need to run our apps, show ads, understand how the apps are used, and manage your account. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
This policy applies to mobile apps published by Manayo Kurnia Jaya (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support [at] manayo [dot] fyi with any question about your data.
2. Information we collect
Account information
If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored in protected, hashed form). You may also choose to provide a display name or profile picture. If you sign in with a third-party service such as Google, we receive the basic profile details that service shares with us.
Usage and analytics data
We collect information about how you use our apps, such as screens viewed, features used, app version, crash reports and performance data. This helps us fix problems and improve the apps.
Device information
We collect your device model, operating system version, language, approximate location (derived from your IP address, not precise GPS) and identifiers such as the advertising ID and app instance ID.
Advertising data
Our apps may show ads. Ad partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address and information about the ads you view or tap, in order to deliver and measure ads.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and keep it secure
- To provide, maintain and improve our apps
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To understand how features are used so we can make them better
- To show and measure advertising
- To respond to your support requests and to meet legal obligations
4. Analytics providers
We use third-party analytics and crash reporting services, such as Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), to collect and analyze usage data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
We use third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob, to display ads in our apps. These networks may use your advertising ID to show ads that are more relevant to you (personalized ads), or non-personalized ads if you opt out.
- Android: open Settings > Privacy > Ads to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- iOS: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to control app tracking.
Where required by local law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that help us run the apps, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication and advertising partners
- Authorities, when we are legally required to do so or need to protect our rights and users’ safety
- A successor organization, if our business is merged or transferred (we will tell you if this affects your data)
7. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics and crash data are kept for a limited period set by our providers, typically up to 14 months. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. This includes rights under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.
- Delete your account: use the delete-account option in the app, or email us from your registered address at support [at] manayo [dot] fyi with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Other requests: email us and we will respond within 30 days.
- Device permissions: you can change permissions such as location, storage or notifications at any time in your device settings.
9. Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
10. Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including Indonesia, the United States and Singapore. We take steps to make sure your data stays protected when it is transferred.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
