Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using an app published by Manayo Kurnia Jaya (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Software license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the apps. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app’s code, or attempt to bypass its security features, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Accounts

• Some features require an account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support [at] manayo [dot] fyi if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using our apps, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others
• Upload harmful, abusive, misleading or illegal content
• Interfere with the app, our servers or other users, including through hacking, scraping or automated abuse
• Run the app in modified environments, such as rooted devices or emulators, in a way that circumvents its security or ad systems
• Click on ads artificially or encourage others to do so

5. Advertising

Our apps may display ads provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Analytics

Our apps collect usage and crash data to help us improve them, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the apps, you acknowledge this collection.

7. Intellectual property

The apps, including their code, design, text and logos, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of any content you create in the app, and you give us a limited license to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you.

8. Third-party services

Our apps may rely on third-party services such as app stores, sign-in providers, analytics and ad networks. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

9. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue any app or feature, and we may revise these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise.
